The Production Department is looking for various levels of Machine Operators. Will train right candidate with no experience at entry level. Tissue converting and/or manufacturing experience for Intermediate and advance levels is preferred. The Machine Operator positions report to the Team Leads and receive work direction from the Machine Leads.
The purpose of the position is to ensure that production procedures are carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits. The Machine Operator’s function is to set up, maintain and operate machinery. The person should be reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. Willingness to learn and improve is a must as on-the-job training is the best way to discover how to do the job better. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers.
