Administration & Project Specialist (010)

The Administration and Project Specialist will work with various members of the Solaris team executing changes and/or updates to the project tasks. This individual will perform complex and confidential administrative related functions to ensure department operations flow smoothly.

Key duties:

  • Send, receive, sort & distribute mail & packages.
  • Answer, screen & direct calls.
  • Monitor office & lunchroom supply inventory & order when needed.
  • Assist in travel arrangements, initial set up & travel policy review for company travelers.
  • Greet guests & follow visitor protocol.
  • General assistance with employees daily office needs and routines.
  • Fed-Ex/UPS Administrator.
  • Legal Billing & Contracts filing.
  • Leadership Survey – annually.
  • Other survey work as assigned.
  • Support CEO and other TBU Management Staff (department heads) with various projects.

Desired qualities:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience as Office Administrator required
  • Experience in handling travel arrangements, planning events
  • Skilled in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
